Leather Studded Guitar Strap

This would go really well the new ESP James Hetfield Iron Cross Signature Guitar
this strap was painstakingly designed to the .0001 inch
design in auto-cad for precision.
The last pic shows a screen shot of the rivet diameter hole, exactly .1105 round
in the same spot at .1105 height of the strap, so each smaller perimeter stud is exactly
the same distance away from the edge of the strap.
If that's not close enough, I don't know what is...
Every stud hole has been lasered to its perfect location on the strap.
After trying different stud styles and application methods,
The 12 Iron Crosses or maltese crosses; are solid metal and measure over 1.1" square.
After trying different stud styles and application methods,
I settled on the rivet style of these studs, only because the stud post, measured with digital calipers
to .105", can be lasered out to 1/1000" smaller so that it fits snug in the hole, making the front stud placement perfect.
This aligns all of the studs in a straight line. There are 36" of studs and over 500
total on the strap and they're all set by hand. The leather is high end
Tandy 4-5oz select black leather,
and a 3-4 oz black suede backing.
Adjustment at the tail allows for full length to 60"
This is not a lightweight strap,
it looks expensive
and it
feels expensive.
There are two sizes to this strap for the player that wants a shorter style or a longer style. The longer style has longer front and end sections, 5 tail slots and 15 stud sections where the shorter strap has shorter front and back sections, with 4 tail slots and 14 stud sections.
This should accommodate everyone.
All double stitched back and front all the way through with 50lb thread for strength.
These are one of a kind and the nicest quality around, you will not be disappointed.

and all of the straps in this series will bear this shape.
This strap is made entirely in the USA and that means something.
There are well over 500 studs hand set into this strap
I tried looking overseas and got samples and the quality and the attention to detail
just was not there so I am doing it myself.
However, if you do not like this design, I can custom make you one
just send me a message and I can do anything.
These straps are not cheaply made and have weight to the, they FEEL
expensive when you pick them up and hold them in your hands,
you are getting your money's worth here.
