Here we have a custom engraved an inlaid

address wooden sign. The one shown in the pictures is

 36" Long x 6" wide x 1/2" thick and is made from Figured Walnut

with inlaid Curly Maple lettering.

The process for this is very involved and the tolerances of the inlay are within .001"

and this makes the inlay fit very tightly within the lasered recesses

 in the walnut sign base.

It is then surface sanded and then final sanded with 600 grit for smoothness

and flush feel of the lettering and then finally oiled and buffed

with Minwax. The sign mounts with

 two countersunk screws  per side and grommets, (included)

or can be mounted from the back with the Monarch brand mounting clip system.

Any size sign can be made and designed but the auction here is for

a 36"x6" sign. Email me if you would like a different sized sign

This was made for another customer and is not available to ship

but used as a reference for what can be done.
